Ronda Rousey vows to beat Beathe Correia

Ronda Rousey is a month away from her UFC 190 showdown with Bethe Correia in Brazil, and appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to discuss her preparation for the fight. Rousey and Correia have a healthy animosity brewing ahead of their showdown in Rio de Janeiro, and the undefeated fighter compared the feud to that of Rocky Balboa and Ivan Drago in Rocky IV.

“I’m Rocky in this one,” Rousey said. “Not only have I been doing the whole mountain training and hitting the bag on the tree, but it’s gotten very personal between me and this girl like Rocky, Apollo, and Drago.”

Rousey also said she intends to embarrass Correia, leaving many to ponder what exactly that entails.

“The thing is, I just want to beat her in the most devastatingly embarrassing way possible. I’m not afraid to let go of the hometown advantage. She’s much more than a hometown advantage away from beating me. If I make the fight fast, that means I like you. That’s me at my most merciful. With this next chick that I don’t like, it’s not going to be like that. She’s going to look different walking out than she did walking in.”

It appears Rousey plans to give Correia a very bad wedgie, possibly a swirly, and will surely steal her lunch money as well.
